Rosie the Riveter

October 26 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free with Museum admission.

Women’s roles changed drastically during World War II. Come and explore all of the different roles women played during the war. You will get a chance to make a key-chain using rivet technology and try your hand at putting together a large rivet similar to what the Rosie the Riveters would have worked with in the factories. There will be a selfie station, an arts and crafts activity and the Museum will have the 3D printers up and running that day. All of this will take place in the Plaza and will be open to the public.
