Buzz Bomb Brewing Co is a craft beer destination in the heart of downtown Springfield, IL. Our mission is to brew the best beer possible. We want to bring together art and science to create delicious tasting craft beer that is both sophisticated and accessible to everyone!
Celtic Mist Pub is a home away from home for both locals and visitors alike. The atmosphere has a touch of nostalgia yet it is an alluring new rendezvous for today’s modern crowd. The owners, John and Margaret O’Riordan pride themselves on welcoming everyone and providing an atmosphere where friends will gather to chat, laugh and enjoy the banter of the goings-on.
Conn’s Hospitality Group started with Roy Conn’s first Springfield restaurant in 1948. More than seven decades and many successful ventures later, Roy’s son, Court and his wife, Karen, and Court’s sons, Casey and Adam, now run operations that include Inn at 835, Obed &; Isaac’s Microbrewery &; Eatery, Wm. Van’s Coffee House, and Merchant House. Each business is located in a different historic home or building in downtown Springfield and Peoria, Illinois that has been lovingly and carefully restored by the Conn family. Several of the properties’ ownership history can be traced back through the Conn family’s lineage.

The Hoogland Center for the Arts was established in 2003 to provide a creative environment for people of all ages to participate in the arts.
The Center is home to 22 different resident organizations, comprised of performing and visual arts groups, civic clubs, and private businesses. These resident groups entertain thousands of visitors every month with a variety of concerts, plays, musicals, recitals, and gallery showings. The Hoogland also hosts meetings, classes, parties, dinners, and weddings.
The building is also a training ground for young artists, with educational opportunities for youth provided by several of our resident arts organizations.

Lincoln Plaza Galleria, an art gallery, gift shop, and coffee cafe has opened in the former Robbie's restaurant location of 4 South Old State Capitol Plaza. The main part of the gallery is art from local artists, while the gift shop features art from across the U.S.A. The coffee cafe features Artisan coffee, tea, Iced coffee/Cold Brew, Hot cocoa, and cappuccino. Hours are Tuesday thru Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm and Sat 9 am to 6 pm.

Established in 1976, SAAC seeks to encourage and advocate on behalf of the performing and visual arts in Springfield and Sangamon and Menard counties. Its mission is met by promoting an awareness of the arts and the scheduling of arts activities and programs for audiences of all ages.
The Springfield Art Association (SAA) a community based, non-profit organization*, promotes and supports the visual arts, provides art education opportunities for the greater Springfield area, and preserves and interprets historic Edwards Place and the collections of the SAA.
