2023 Paint the Street presented by PNC
Saturday, June 24
The Springfield Art Association is hosting a community block party where you literally PAINT THE STREETS OF DOWNTOWN SPRINGFIELD!
Anyone can come and paint the Street! Participant / groups will purchase a 6′ x 6′ square of street on which they can paint anything they wish. Participant / groups will receive an event bag containing: paint supplies (including the tempera paint we will be using which is water soluble/washable) and giveaway goodies from sponsors.
$35 for Square
$45 for Professional Category

Pre-registration closes at midnight of June 22. Professional Category MUST pre-register. Regular squares will be available at the event at a $5 price increase.
Visitors will enjoy this unique outdoor gallery on the day of the event, and for months to come, until Nature clears the street to prepare the canvas for next year’s event.

2023 Paint the Street Professional Artist Category:
-Open to all artists.
-Registration $45. You must register in advance.
-Winners will be selected by a panel of art professionals.
First Place = $350
Second Place = $250
Third Place = $150
Non-professional, non-sponsored squares will all be entered in a Popular Choice contest with prizes! This contest will open on June 27th. You can view and vote by visiting www.23pts.givesmart.com.
