The Dana-Thomas House Foundation is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to our supporters to hear from docents and guides from a number of Frank Lloyd Wright sites around the country. This free program, titled “Frank Lloyd Wright: Through the Eyes of a Guide,” is presented at no charge.

A number of guides/docents from various Wright sites around the country take a look at the famed American Architect through the eyes of those who guide tours at his creations. One of the Dana-Thomas House’s own wonderful docents, Larry Betz, will be a featured panelist!

From their favorite stories about Wright to the most interesting places to relax when guests aren’t around, the docents will share their experiences of curating the story and artistry of Frank Lloyd Wright for the public. With his impressive live interview skills and a pile of photographs, Totten will coax fun stories and poignant insights out of those who get up close and personal with Wright buildings on a daily basis.

The lineup includes Stan Ecklund (Hollyhock House), Chris Yntema Van Dyke (Pope-Leighey House), Robert Bohlmann (B. Harley Bradley House), Donna Sharp (Affleck House), Fred Unwin (Weltzheimer-Johnson House), Ken Simpson (Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio), Larry Betz (Dana-Thomas House) and others!
