Best time of year to hire a local painter?
I'm thinking about getting the exterior of my house painted, but I'm wondering when the best time of year is to hire someone. Does it matter much, or are painters generally busy year-round? I'm mostly concerned about the weather affecting the job. I'd hate to have them start, and then it rains for a week straight! Also, I’m wondering whether prices tend to fluctuate depending on the season. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm in no huge rush, but sooner would be better than later!
