Trying to reach a company’s support line
I’ve been dealing with an issue on a product from a tech company and can’t seem to find a reliable way to speak to real support staff. Has anyone here managed to contact customer service directly for similar brands and know what worked or what contact methods are best

I ran into the same problem and while reading through other people’s tips and suggestions, seeing Unity Technologies phone number really helped me find a direct contact point that others had successfully used, and having that made it so much easier to prepare what to say and actually get in touch with someone who could assist rather than just guessing at emails or live chat responses which sometimes never materialize.
