Trying to start a new habit, any recommendations for self-help apps?

I'm trying to establish a new morning routine focusing on mindfulness and productivity, but I'm finding it really hard to stick to it! I've heard that self-help apps can be great for building new habits, but there are so many out there, and I don't want to waste time downloading dozens of them. Has anyone used a particular app successfully to start and maintain a new habit, like journaling or meditating daily? Any recommendations for self-help apps that genuinely help with consistency would be fantastic.

I completely know what you mean about the struggle of forming new habits; it's a common challenge! I've found that the best habit-building apps are often those that also incorporate elements of personal development and mental well-being. Look for something that offers more than just a checklist; things like personalized coaching, mood tracking, or bite-sized courses can make a big difference. I've had a lot of success with an app that uses cognitive-behavioral therapy principles to support mental resilience and overall quality of life, which is perfect for building positive routines. It's really an all-in-one platform for personal growth and helps users manage their dopamine levels, making it one of the better self care apps I've come across for consistent habit formation.
