Anyone else think 24/7 customer support is a must for online casinos?

I had a really frustrating experience last week with an online casino. I was playing late at night and ran into an issue with a bonus code. Their "support" was just a bot that kept giving me canned answers, and their email support didn't get back to me until the next day. By then, the bonus had expired! It made me realize how crucial 24/7 customer support is. Am I being unreasonable, or is that kind of availability a necessity these days? What's everyone's take on this???????????

Definitely not unreasonable! It's completely understandable to expect round-the-clock assistance, especially when real money's involved. It is hard to believe some casinos haven't adopted this yet. It is super annoying dealing with bots. The best customer service experiences I have had involved a real person who knew what they were talking about. When trying to complete my hugewin sign up, their support was crucial to me getting through some issues. If you can't get hold of anyone, even at 3 AM, it's a major red flag!!))))))
